Same Day Pickup:
For urgent hair needs, same-day pickup is available at no extra cost for items listed as in stock. For further inquiries, please email customercare@silquen.com or send us a direct message on any of our social media channels.

Returns & Exchanges:

In the rare event that your order does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange policy. Please note that the hair must be in unworn condition, with tags still attached, and in the same pristine condition as when purchased. We offer worldwide shipping via DHL at a fee of £24.99 Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
